I've been part of UCCS Dining for more than 10 years, helping oversee dining operations across campus and ensuring students, faculty, and staff have a great experience wherever they choose to eat. I believe dining plays an important role in bringing people together, supporting student success, and creating a welcoming campus community. Throughout my time at UCCS, I've enjoyed contributing to the growth of dining services and creating memorable experiences that enhance campus life. Fun fact: I'm an avid bicycle commuter and enjoy riding whenever I can!

I've been part of the UCCS Dining team for the past five years and currently serve as Associate Director of Dining Operations. In my role, I help oversee dining operations across campus, support special events, and work to create a positive experience for students, faculty, and staff. One of the things I enjoy most is finding new ways to enhance campus dining while supporting our teams and guests each day. Fun fact: You can usually find me exploring a mountain trail somewhere in Colorado or planning my next Disney adventure.

I've been part of the UCCS community for more than a year, helping oversee the residential dining experience for students across campus. I enjoy creating fun events and experiences that bring people together while providing fresh, quality meals that help students feel at home. Building connections with students and making dining a memorable part of their college experience is something I'm passionate about every day. Fun fact: I have more than 20 animals and hope to own a farm one day!

I've been a member of the UCCS Dining team for the past three years, serving as Chef Manager and helping create fresh, flavorful meals for the campus community. I believe a great meal can make any day better, and I enjoy finding ways to bring creativity and variety to the dining experience. Supporting students through quality food and memorable dining experiences is one of my favorite parts of the job. Fun fact: In July 2026, I spent three weeks rafting through the Grand Canyon.

As Catering Services Director for Dining & Hospitality at UCCS, Samir oversees campus catering operations and works with university partners to deliver exceptional dining experiences for meetings, conferences, celebrations, and special events. He is committed to providing high-quality service, creative menu solutions, and memorable experiences for the UCCS community and its guests.
